Richmond and about a two hour radius: the City of Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Petersburg, Hopewell, Colonial Heights, Prince George, Dinwiddie, and the surrounding counties. If you are not sure whether your house is in range, ask. The answer is usually yes.
What to have handy

- Roughly what you still owe on it, if anything.
- Who is on the deed.
- Any deadline you are working against, especially a foreclosure sale date.
None of it is required to start. The address alone is enough.
