Who we are
This website is operated by RVA Property Solutions LLC, a Virginia real estate investment company. We buy houses to hold or to resell. We are not a real estate brokerage and we are not licensed real estate agents acting on your behalf. We do not represent you in the sale of your property and we owe you no agency duties. You are always free to hire your own agent or attorney, and for most people that is a sensible thing to do.
Our offers
- Any number we give you before we have walked the house is an estimate, not an offer.
- A written offer is subject to a walkthrough, clear and marketable title, and the terms in the purchase agreement itself.
- Nothing on this website is an offer to buy any particular property.
- Purchases typically close through a land trust. We will tell you who is signing before you sign anything.
- We may assign a purchase contract to another buyer, including someone in our network of Richmond investors. Where we intend to do that, we will say so.
Information on this site
The offer math, the example numbers and the comparison table on this site are illustrations to help you understand how cash offers work. They are examples, not a valuation of your house, and no two houses produce the same numbers.
