  • Public property records about the address you give us. These are public and we would look them up anyway to build your offer.

What we do with it

  • Contact you about the property you asked us about.
  • Research the property and build your offer.
  • Handle the purchase if you decide to sell, which means sharing what is necessary with the closing attorney, the title company, and if applicable a lender.
  • Improve the website.

What we never do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any price.
  • We do not share your phone number or email with other companies for their marketing.
  • We do not share your text message consent with anyone. That consent is for us only and is never sold or passed on.

When you give us your number we call you about your property. If you ask us to stop calling, we stop. If you ask to be added to our internal do not call list, we add you and it stays.

Cookies and tracking

This site is deliberately light. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data. If we add analytics to understand which pages help people, it will be limited to that purpose and this section will say so.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is useful to the conversation, and we keep records of completed purchases for as long as the law requires. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except for anything we are legally required to keep about a completed transaction.
